For Schools

Built around problems schools already have

ClassCore is not one giant system. Each product answers a specific daily problem for staff and students.

Teachers can't remember what happened weeks ago.

TrackStudents turns daily notes, grades and behavior into a timeline.

Grading paper assessments eats planning time.

PaperGrade puts existing tests online and grades supported questions automatically.

CTE skills are hard to prove to employers.

SkillProof records instructor-verified skills, portfolios and co-op hours.

Who benefits

Principals & district leaders

Schoolwide patterns and documented evidence instead of anecdotes.

CTE directors

Daily CTE grades, verified skills, certifications and work-based learning.

Teachers

Fast documentation, less grading, and tools that work on any classroom device.

Support staff

IAs, Learning Support and PCAs document only the students assigned to them.

How adoption works

One application or the suite

Start with the product that solves your biggest problem. Add others later — each one works on its own.

Teacher onboarding

Short, product-specific walkthroughs. Most teachers are documenting or assigning in their first class period.

Administrator oversight

Administrators set up the school, assign roles and see schoolwide patterns in each product.

IT review

Plain-language security information for each product, with deeper documentation on request.

Traditional classrooms

TrackStudents gives teachers fast daily documentation, a hall-pass kiosk and student timelines. PaperGrade turns existing worksheets and tests into automatically graded assignments with no student accounts.

Career & Technical Education

TrackStudents documents daily participation and engagement, PaperGrade checks technical knowledge such as safety and symbols, and SkillProof records instructor-verified practical skills, portfolios and co-op hours. The three are separate applications used side by side.

School administration

Each product reports on its own data: TrackStudents shows schoolwide documentation patterns and support outcomes, PaperGrade gives assignment results, and SkillProof shows verified skills and hours.

Districtwide adoption

Schools and districts can adopt one, two or all three applications. Most start with a single school or program, then expand once a pilot shows results.
